HS Defensive Tackle Conditioning?

Pasquale Pollet: im only a wide receiver, but my older brother plays for Texas A&M and he's their starting defensive tackle and he told me to condition for any position you need to jog, and one workout that can help with conditioning, and leg strength, is if you don't have one, get a leg press, and push at a weight you can press for like 10 minutes straight without stopping. that's going to help you conditioning, and it's going to build even more leg strength, cuz you're going to need that when you're in "the trenches"...Show more
