Vida Miss: Healthy Vegan is an oxymoron.Vegetarianism and all forms of non-meat lifestyle have been academically verified to destroy the fertility in males and females. A woman especially will substantially damage her fertility by being a vegetarian/vegan. Her chances of conceiving will be dramatically reduced, in many cases to zero. Pre-1950s academic research has confirmed this. It's only since the useless PC bridage showed up that universities will not publish such stuff anymore. It goes against societies PC image.Humans have been biologically designed to eat MEAT. Why don't you try reading a book on metabolic biochemistry and see why....Show more
Vernita Robberson: It is possible to be a health! y vegan. Protein is easy, mix grain and beans together and you've got a complete protein, soy beans are a complete protein, Spirulina is also very good. Iron is found in tofu and lots of dark green leafy vegetables. Vitamin B12 is in fortified foods, marmite, nutritional yeast and supplements. It's best to take a supplement for B12 to be safe. Omega 3,6 and 9 is available in flaxseed. Nuts also have protein in. Vitamin D you absorb from the sun so make sure to go outside for at least 20 minutes a day. If you want to take a supplement just incase (you don't need to though) I recommend this one: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_det... If you want to take Spirulina I reccomend this one: http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pages/product_det...Good luck :)....Show more
