Arlen Decorte: If they still have it, the MUCH better deal is "lifetime". You pay the equivalent of about a year's monthly fees at the beginning and you're never charged a monthly fee for the life of the unit. I have two Tivo boxes, bought a couple of years ago. I paid "lifetime" for both and have never been charged a monthly fee, nor will I. I don't remember what the monthly fee was, sorry, but there IS one (unless you go for the "lifetime" deal).
Ardell Luy: The lowest current monthly fee is $12.95/month for the first TiVo, $9.95/Month for any after that. If you have to change that price, you will have to start a new commitment.There are no special deals for those whose commitment is over.
