Chadwick Schmelz: Freshman and sophomore history are pretty much the same everywhere. Lower division history requirements for bachelor's degrees in history are usually just a year of US history and a year of world history or history of another area. An associate degree in history would be rare and of little value. The usual community college degree on the path to a bachelor's degree in history would be the liberal arts university transfer degree.
